If you leave fingerprints or dirt on an invoice, she will notice (and might judge a little.)

One of the central SNO lifelines — otherwise known as Lyndsay’s phone — is always ringing. As the ultimate support guru, she’s answering tickets, solving problems, and making sure no one’s site goes rogue. As for the fidget toys? They’re essential tools that allow Lyndsay to remain cool under pressure and take a quick break between support tickets.

As a SNO co-founder, Tom keeps things running — even from a distance. While you’ll mostly catch him in Zoom meetings, his presence is felt in every sticky note, printer ink cartridge, and box of Kleenex in the office. If you need supplies, he’s probably already ordered them. And if you run out, well, that’s on you.
